Teams that are accepted into the tournament will be notified by the tournament coordinator that they are accepted.
Disclaimer – This application does not guarantee acceptance into the tournament. Cheques will not be deposited until the team has been accepted. Teams not accepted can request cheques be returned, or destroyed. In the event of a payment by e-transfer, QDMHA will issue a refund cheque to your association.
If teams are unable to attend the tournament after acceptance, they must notify the association immediately.
Out of town teams that withdraw from a tournament 14 days or less prior to the tournament, and QDMHA is unable to replace the team, the tournament application fee will not be refunded.
